Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes, all products sold on Fragranza are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms, as temperature fluctuations can break down the fragrance oils.

What is your return policy for opened items?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, and perfumes are subject to specific international air transport regulations.

What is the difference between EDP and EDT?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually 15-20%), making it more intense and longer-lasting. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter for daytime wear.

Can I get a sample before committing to a full bottle?

We offer a 'Discovery Set' program where you can purchase 2ml vials of our best-selling scents. If you later purchase a full-sized bottle, the cost of the sample set will be credited to your order.
